God's message to us is most clearly communicated through the physical presence of Christ embodied in the community of believers.  It is by the interaction of the Body that the lost should be attracted to Christ, not merely by some logical proposition or emotional appeal.  Simply put, we will always call people to BE the Church, not simply GO to church.  Consequently, The Core Community is intended to express the full vibrancy and variety of God's people themselves. The foundation of it is the Home Fellowship. When people have an intimate gathering of fellow believers to share their lives with, there is no limit to the other forms that community can take.

Family Members - Whether you know it or not, you are already a Family Member. We don't believe that anyone should feel like a non-member, or an outsider... instead we want to treat each person we encounter like members of our own family. Everyone will be loved and embraced from the minute they take their first step toward us, and thus known as “Family Members.” You will have many opportunities to get involved, whether or not you ever decide to become a Team Member.

Team Members - No one joins a team in order to sit on the bench. They want to get in the game! That's why we don't believe in passive membership, but active "team membership." Anyone who is a family member of The Core, has committed his or her life to Christ, and wants to be an active part of The Core Team is welcome to join. It is not even necessary to revoke one's membership in another church, so long as both commitments are being actively honored.
