Welcome to The Core's Film destination!

Film is one of the most powerful mediums we have, for their ability to community sweeping themes, narratives and passion.

Throughout the fall of 2007, the Front Porch offered free movie nights each Thursday, with a regular offering of popular, quality movies.

Sadly, they were not very well attended. We need your advice as to how to use film at the Front Porch in a way that is intriguing, inviting and community-building. What movies interest you the most? Better yet, what movies have changed your life?

Also, the Front Porch now has a comfortable room in the back with a large flat-panel TV. Would you rather watch movies with a small group of people in there, or out in the cafe, on the projection screen? This is your chance to chime in! E-mail Ryan with your ideas and comments.
